Fees, Insurance, and Payments
Psychotherapy Fees
Please contact the office. Our fees are comparable to those of other Oklahoma licensed therapists with similar level of experience and credentials. Since fees may change based on the market and insurance reimbursement rates, we have refrained from posting specific fees here. In general, fees are based on the length of service, the number of participants in a session, and insurance reimbursement amongst other fluctuations. Payment is due at the time of service. Check about your insurance plan to get specific and updated information regarding your benefits and fees you are obligated to pay (click on the Q&A tab for details on information you need to know from insurance plan before you began counseling; not applicable to EAP and Medicaid clients).
Additional Services Fees
Phone Counseling Services
Phone calls that exceed 10 minutes per call beyond setting up an appointment or inquiring about our services and fees will be charged to the client at a rate of $4.00 per minute. We provide innovative counseling in a confidential yet relaxed office setting and in confidential non-office settings(for an additional fee). Non-office sessions are provided at therapist's discretion. Telephonic sessions may not be confidential due to the nature of electronic technology.
Court Appearances and/or Legal Proceedings
There is a per hour charge for testimony, court appearances, preparation of written documentation, meetings, and phone consultations for legal proceedings initiated by you or others related to your case.
Document Reproduction and/or Transcription of Clinical Notes
Any letters, reports or documentation that is being requested will result in a per hour charge. These services are only granted with client’s signed consent to release information and/or a judge’s subpoena.

In rare situations, we may grant reduced fees for counseling services at our discretion. Please call to inquire.

All payments are due in FULL at the time service is provided. Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Debit Cards are processed via Square Up (in office) or PayPal (click below). There is a 3.6% service charge for credit, debit and PayPal payments.

Understanding that the psychotherapist has reserved the time especially for you, please be respectful and call 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment. Therapy sessions that are not cancelled in advance and that are not due to a sudden medical emergency, will be charged to the client as a regular session fee. If you utilize health insurance, please be advised that most health insurance companies will not reimburse for this expense and it will be the client’s responsibility.
