From the moment you walk into the office, we set the ambiance of acceptance and commitment to your psychoemotional growth through strategic cognitive behavioral therapy that is solution-focused. Complete the forms on this site and bring them to your first visit (bring your questions along with your health insurance card and ID). The focus of the practice is to help you in a way that's meaningful. Since therapist and client enter into a treatment contract, you as the client will need to do your part. That means it is mandatory for you to be actively engaged. There are no magic wands or instant pills to long-term success. We are here to empower, challenge, and support you as you develop and enhance effective tools you need to experience healthy change. |
